- Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell or use your information without your permission. Our privacy is also important, please call to make an appointment to drop off media, or discuss your project in person.
- Returns & Replacements
- Due to the creative nature of our product, there are no returns. We will re-transfer your film, VHS or slides again if not satisfied for items such as hair, questionable footage, or an error during editing on our part.
- Ordering
- You can order by phone - 1-800-673-5316 or by using our website, or by emailing us. You can also send your film and we will count everything up, send a quote, and get you started.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Half payment is due up front to cover set up fees and cleaning of film. The rest of payment is due upon receipt of finished product. You can pay up front and receive a discount.
- Viewing Orders
- Just log on to the website at www.bluecloudvideo.com, log in and view all of your orders and current status. if we submitted the order for you, all of your information will be visible to you, and we will email you for each change in status of your order.
