 "I was trying to find someone to convert my parent's old 8mm film, but I could not find anyone local so I took my search on-line. After looking at several different websites and sending out e-mails I received a speedy reply from Matt who answered all of my questions.
The film I had was from the 1950's/1960's era and had been kept in poor conditions in an attic. Matt reassured me that there was quite a bit he could do to restore the film. I was unsure of the type of reels I had (there were several), but Matt was kind enough to have me ship what I had and he would look at them for me!
Matt confirmed most reels were 8mm, and some were audio. I was assured that if the reels were empty I would not be charged. All were mailed back to me in the same condition in which they were sent. I asked for the DVD to be done quick for Christmas and it was delivered on time. Both Matt and Paige were extremely accommodating and always kept me up to date and informed via email or phone.
The payment options were very accommodating. The DVD turned out fantastic and I was very pleased. I would most certainly use Blue Cloud Video again."
